I spent years at Nikon supporting NEXIV customers across the country — aerospace, medical device, automotive, semiconductor, consumer electronics manufacturing. Hundreds of companies running these systems in real production environments.
The same problem showed up everywhere. A company would spend six figures on a NEXIV system, then spend months figuring out how to use it. Not because the software is bad — AutoMeasure is genuinely powerful. The problem was the documentation.
There are actually 16 manuals that ship with AutoMeasure. Most operators never find them. Nikon installs them in C:\ProgramData\NEXIVAutoMeasure\ — a hidden Windows folder that nobody thinks to open. The ones who do find them often can't make sense of them, because they're written for Nikon engineers, not QA technicians.
I built Precision Path Academy to fix that. I know this software inside and out. I know what trips people up, what questions come up in the first week, and what a new operator actually needs to get productive. Everything I've learned supporting customers in the field is here.
Based in Oklahoma.
We're not a Nikon partner or reseller. We work for the people who use these machines.
